Regicide
Primary quest 9 of 9Scorned WildernessQuest giver: The Dragon Gate north-west of Velgar’s Rise. Unlocks: The Scorned Wilderness raid and Kuldra.Community report
Regicide is the ninth primary quest, added with version 1.0 on September 15 2026. It starts at the Dragon Gate north-west of Velgar’s Rise and leads into the Scorned Wilderness — the raid zone whose gate opens once the fight against Fuzan is done.
Inside, Commander Zilyana — sent by Saradomin to deal with Kuldra — fights alongside you across the floating islands, where Anima Cannons weaken the Dragon Queen enough for you to reach and destroy her heart.
Kuldra is the fight at the end of it: a power level 9 raid boss with 240,000 health. Her drops close the loop — Kuldra’s Head goes to Zilyana in exchange for the Queenslayer’s Reward Pack, and completing Regicide once also awards Lougrim’s Staff.
